On Saturday, July 4th, you can experience a magical summer evening with dinner and entertainment at Sølvane Gard Tenor Eivind Kandal invites guest artists who will seduce our guests with a broad operatic repertoire of both humor and tragedy.
Tonight's artists are:
Astrid Nordstad is a soloist at the National Opera in Oslo. Nordstad comes from Trondheim and completed her bachelor's degree at the Norwegian Academy of Music and the Oslo Opera Academy in 2014. Further studies led her to the renowned pedagogue Susanna Eken at the Royal Opera Academy in Copenhagen. In the fall of 2017, Nordstad made her debut at the Royal Opera in Copenhagen, as Flora in Verdi's La traviata and has since performed major roles both at home and abroad. Astrid has guested Sølvane Gard every year since its inception in 2018.
Eivind Kandal is a trained opera singer from the Oslo Academy of Opera and the Royal Danish Theatre in Copenhagen. He has toured Norway and had roles at most…
