About the event
Kinn Bryggeri was started in 2009 by homebrewer and beer enthusiast Espen Lothe. The brewery is located in Florø and makes a range of tasty beers. They now also produce the hotel's own beer, Gloppen Brygg, according to the hotel's recipe, which they are very happy about.
Kinn has always been interested in combining food and beer.
On Friday, October 4th, there will be a Beer Maker's Dinner where we will have Espen Lothe himself visit.
It is laid out on long tables in Kjellaren and the ingredients are local. Among other things, there will be lambs from Kandal and cattle from Rauset.
We start the evening with a beer tasting. Espen from Kinn will join us during dinner and suggest good beers that go well with the different dishes.
