About the event
This day focuses on activity, togetherness and joy. The goal is to give children a day where they experience mastery through sports activities and play. There are no requirements for prior knowledge, so we welcome everyone whether they are active in football, athletics, cross-country skiing, gymnastics, taekwondo, or nothing at all.
The day is suitable for children and young people aged 6-12, no prior knowledge required.
