Weekend course in Freediving in Sandane organized by Frilandsliv, in collaboration with Nordfjord Aktiv!
Would you like to learn more about freediving and how you can practice and master this great hobby in a safe and motivating way? Then this weekend course is for you.
We hold this course at the premises of Fly The Fjords in Sandane.
The instructor comes from Frivannsliv with education through the Norwegian Diving Association.
The course consists of theory lessons and two dives. One on Saturday and one on Sunday.
During the theory lesson, we go through diving techniques, safety, equipment knowledge, legislation, planning dive trips and a little bit about underwater hunting.
