For many years, Yngve Jordalen has made a career out of climbing the double bass, and now he is currently working on his debut album!
Since 2010, Yngve Jordalen has been in the background as a bassist for, among others, Kurt Nilsen, Stephen Ackles, Linda Gail Lewis, The Northern Belle, Trang Fødsel (with whom he still tours) and many more. Now he is becoming a frontman himself with his own songs and his own band!
On 29.08.25. the debut album "Hei, Trudy" will be released on Fjorden records, an album Jordalen has been working on since 2021. The music moves somewhere in the landscape between folk rock and country, with lovely guitar solos, catchy hooks and entertaining lyrics in dialect.
