Thanks to them, we can always compose dishes with the best Gloppen has to offer.

Almost every day we receive deliveries directly to our door, with fresh eggs, vegetables, herbs, berries and delicious drinks.

How incredibly lucky we are!

There will be an aperitif from 7:00 PM and seating at 7:30 PM.

Here, a 7-course menu is served where some of the vendors come to present their stories.
