About the event
This evening on Gloppen Hotell is a tribute to all the talented local producers who help make our food experiences extra good every day!
Thanks to them, we can always compose dishes with the best that Gloppen has to offer. Almost every day we get fantastic raw materials delivered right to our door – fresh eggs, vegetables, herbs, berries and great drinks. We are simply incredibly lucky to have so many talented producers around us!
During Midt i Matfatet we will serve a 5-course menu where local ingredients take center stage. Some of our suppliers will also be present and share their stories – about the ingredients, the farm, the production and why they are passionate about what they do.
