About the event
On Sunday, November 17th, from 12-3 pm, OPEN FIRDAHALL will be held, for youth in 5th grade and up.
Firdahallen will be set up as a parkour inspired activity park where instructor Eirik Thingstad Lundstein from the Norwegian Gymnastics Federation will help us set up the hall. Eirik is one of Norway's most acrobatic types, and is known for his participation in Norway's Got Talent 2018.
He will also help initiate various activities and show/instruct cool tricks.
Otherwise, parts of Firdahallen can be used for other activities, such as basketball if desired.
Most of the time, there are opportunities for self-organized activities where you can choose to be active or just be social/come and watch.
If you're young and think this sounds fun, stop by Firdahallen on Sunday!
