MENU FRIDAY
-Cooked meats, bread, pesto, aioli, Brimi cheese.
-Breiflabb from Husevåg with roasted cabbage, spring onions, cauliflower and creamy shellfish sauce.
-Reindeer from Lom with beetroot puree, baked carrot, leek, cranberry-poached pear, sour venison cream sauce and baby potatoes.
