Welcome to wine tasting and restaurant evening in Kandal Klyngetun at Sølvane Gard Saturday, March 2
Arrival and wine tasting at the barn at 6:00 PM. Dinner starts at 8:00 PM in the restaurant in Kandal Klyngetun.

-Pan-fried scallops with Jerusalem artichoke soup, pancetta and herb oil
-Lamb steak with herb emulsion, cress salad, pickled onions, leek dust.
-Skrei with brown hollandaise, asparagus, broccolini, crispy beet chips and baby potatoes.
