Wine tasting and dinner with sommelier Ingvild Tennfjord!
Join us for an unforgettable summer evening at Sølvane Gard . The evening consists of wine tasting followed by dinner! We serve our popular summer buffet! We start with an exciting wine tasting by sommelier Ingvild Tennfjord. Ingvild takes us on a journey through some of her selected favorite wines!
Ingvild is a trained journalist and has a background from Dagbladet Magasinet, Dagens Næringsliv, NRK and Bergens Tidende. In 2012 she quit her job to become "the world's best wine journalist". Ingvild is a trained sommelier from the Culinary Academy and has the English wine education WSET Diploma.
Since 2013, Ingvild has had a weekly wine column in Aftenposten, Bergens Tidende, Stavanger Aftenblad and Fævennen. Ingvild has written a number of wine books. All of them have been on the bestseller list. In 2023, she was made a French knight, or Chevalier Mérite d'Agricole. The high-ranking order is among France's highest appointments and she received it as the first Norwegian woman for…
