Welcome to Yoga at Bodhi Pilates at Gloppen Camping!
Roleg Float Time: 12-1:15 pm. Price 275 kr
In this class, breathing and dynamic movements are synchronized in a calm flow sequence. We move at a slow pace so that you can be more present in what you are doing. You can expect to get warm and we work on mobility, strength and balance. The practice can be experienced as meditative as the head is allowed to rest in the flow of breathing and movement. The class is suitable for everyone and individual adjustments are offered if needed.

This is a calm yoga class where you are invited to land softly in your body and let go of the week that has passed. We assume floor-level poses that are held over time, in addition to gentle dynamic exercises. The class ends with a guided relaxation.
