Sølvane Gard specializes in delicate and traditional foods made from goat, sheep and kid.
Among other things, pork knuckle and cured meats.
You can order the products on their website, or order for delivery at the REKO-ringen Gloppen, Eid, Førde, Florø and Stryn. In addition to their own raw materials, they also use food and beverages from other producers in Gloppen in their menus. Sølvene Gard serves these menus both at the restaurant and the barn in Kandal.
