STALL RYGG STABLE HOUSE
Stall Rygg 's stable is idyllically located on Ryggjastøylen in Traudalen, 316 m above sea level . From the small cabin it is a short walk to beautiful mountain hikes and a large fishing lake. Here the possibilities for adventure are endless.
The cabin is located about 15 minutes drive from the center of Sandane, and from the parking lot in Traudalen it is only a few minutes walk to the cabin.
The barn is open for overnight stays from May 15th to October 15th.
Stall Rygg offers, among other things, riding and horse riding for children and adults of all levels. The age groups currently range from 2-50 years. Stall Rygg is located in beautiful surroundings on the south side of Gloppefjorden.
The team at the stables will adapt the program to your level, and look forward to giving you an experience you will never forget. Choose between riding on a track, along the fjord, in a family carriage, in the forest or to the saddle .
Morten has been active with horses for around 20 years, and together with his wife Lise and the family's three children, he drives Stall Rygg .
The barn is approx. 20 m2 and can accommodate 4-5 adults. The barn is perfect for those traveling alone, with a partner, family, children or friends!
The barn consists of a combined living room and bedroom with a wood stove, and a kitchen. The living room has a large family bunk and a regular bunk bed. Well-kept outdoor toilet in the adjacent barn, and water in the river nearby. In other words, there is no running water and electricity. Traditional farm environment that contains many well-kept barns and barns.
In the area around the noise house there are many beautiful mountain peaks and natural areas.
For summit tours , we can recommend Berdalsegga and Traudalsnibba.
Easier hikes include the short hike to Traudalsvatnet, or the hikes to the neighboring huts Gimmestadstøylen, Ravnestadstøylen or Rausetstøylen. All with marked trails and great views. Read more at ut.no/gloppen
